11 May – Mother’s Day (Sunday Opening)
Once a month throughout the year, Cruden Farm is open on a Sunday for you to take a tour or just come for the day and enjoy a stroll around the gardens and farm.
Sundays at Cruden Farm offer a relaxed and friendly experience. Dame Elisabeth Murdoch left the property for people to enjoy and consists of wondrous manicured gardens and peaceful walking areas set amongst interesting bushland and lakes. The sights and scents at Cruden Farm constantly alter throughout the seasons, and there are many plants and trees to be discovered.
You are welcome to BYO a picnic, and we will have coffee and tea available to purchase at the Gatehouse.
A special Mother’s Day Garden Soiree experience will run at 11am and 1.30pm. Enjoy a guided tour of the inner gardens. Savour a glass of champagne in the Picking Garden. Relax with scones, jam and cream and a delightful cup of tea in the garden. Take home a gift and charming bouquet of flowers from the garden.
